Do you often feel like you don't get enough sleep?
1. Difficulty Focusing
When you lack sleep, it will be difficult for your eyes to identify objects. You will feel confused when you see an object. This happens because of the influence of the brain so it will be difficult to concentrate and the ability to remember and process new information will decrease.

Normally adults should sleep 7-8 hours a day. Someone who sleeps less than 6 hours a day can increase their own risk of stroke by 4.5 times. According to research, sleep disorders can cause inflammation, increased blood pressure, and deregulation of metabolism, thereby disrupting a person's cardiovascular health.
3. Disrupted Organ Picket Hours
Did you know that every organ in our body has its clock? Even when we sleep, the body's organs are still on duty. So, if we don't get enough sleep, organ duty hours can be disrupted. For example, if we haven't slept from 1 to 3 in the morning, the liver organ's picket time, which removes metabolic toxins, will be disrupted. Or from 11 pm to 1 am, it is the heart picket time. If you stay up late it will weaken heart function.

If you don't get enough sleep, your head will feel heavy until you feel dizzy or experience a migraine. This happens because the body is not getting enough rest. Or you could even experience sleep apnea, which is breathing problems during sleep.
5. High Hallucinations
When you don't get enough sleep, your eyes will experience problems. So you can experience hallucinations such as double vision or seeing strange "apparitions". The longer a person is awake, the easier it will be to suffer from vision problems.
