Washly Laundry was established on September 21, 2021, in the Renon area of Denpasar, Bali. It was founded by siblings Marky and Dina, who recognized the growing demand for laundry services during the pandemic. “Initially, I noticed that in the Denpasar area, especially in the Panjer and Renon neighborhoods, there are many boarding houses and apartments. Additionally, numerous migrants working in Denpasar, Sanur, and Badung live in this area, including those from outside the city and Bali. Due to the high mobility of the residents, many people require laundry services. Before opening, we conducted a dipstick survey and analyzed competitors, ultimately identifying a strategic location and gathering extensive input on the services that customers wanted from the laundry," explained Marky.
