1. Lewis & Carroll
At this tea house located in the Pakubuwono area, you can sample as much as you like from a total of 52 types of artisanal teas in 12 categories. You are welcome to smell the tea leaves first before ordering, served in glass tubes. Lewis & Carroll also provides tea equipment such as teapots and cups that you can buy onsite or online, you know.

Enjoy the Mad Tea Party menu at a price of IDR 150,000, which includes 5 choices of savory sweets such as Turkey Sandwich, Smoked Beef Quiche, scones, tarts, Chocolate Opera Cake, Profiteroles, Matcha Pannacotta, or Speculoos Cookies. So tempting, huh?
 
2. La Moda Sunday High Tea
This restaurant, which is located in the atrium of Plaza Indonesia, not only serves a European food menu with the mainstay of brick oven pizza but also provides gourmet cakes and pastries.

Especially on Sundays from 3 to 6 pm, you can enjoy the Sunday High Tea Buffet at a price of IDR 138,000 per person including a cup of tea or coffee. More than 25 types of sweet & savory treats on the buffet table will certainly make you feel like a party for a moment!
 
3. Natasha Party Cakes
Even though the name is synonymous with cake, Natasha Party Cakes completes the menu at the cake boutique and the café with the Afternoon Tea Set which you can get at a price of IDR 110,000 for two people. Complete with scones, a choice of cake or sandwiches, macarons, choices of Madeleines or Lemon Pound Cake, cupcakes, and of course Gourmet Tea.

Your tea time with friends here will be even more memorable with the shabby chic and fancy interior with the dominant colors of light blue and white and classic-style ornaments. Moreover, accompanied by cakes from Natasha Party Cakes who are experienced in the field of baking.

4. Pantjoeran Tea House
Located in the Jakarta Chinatown area, Glodok, just looking at the outside of the building you might not think that this place is a tea house. The building which has been built since 1920 and was formerly the Chung Hwa Pharmacy maintains its classic shape and style to give you a special sensation of drinking tea in the feel of a traditional Chinese interior.

Especially if you choose to spend time on the second floor which is decorated with ancient Chinatown-style ornaments, accompanied by old Indonesian songs playing from vinyl records. Hmmm… Sipping a cup of choices from the Japanese Tea, Chinese Tea, English Tea, and Indonesian Signature Tea menu will feel very old here.
