The location of acne on the face reflects body health

Acne that often appears on the face will definitely feel annoying, right? It turns out that the location of acne can indicate a health problem in the body.

 
One of the common problems that occur on the face is the appearance of acne. Not only does it interfere with your appearance, acne also often reduces your self-confidence. But don't squeeze it every now and then, because it will irritate the skin and leave scars that will disappear in a long time. It turns out that according to research, there is a connection between the location of acne and health conditions, you know. The following is where acne often appears and its relationship to health.
 
1. Forehead
Acne that appears on your forehead can mean that you have digestive problems. To overcome this, drink lots of water and eat healthy food. Apart from that, try to remember whether you like wearing hats or wearing bangs with your hair. This can also trigger acne on the forehead. Make sure you wash your hat often and also shampoo your hair regularly.

2. Cheeks
Acne on the cheek can mean there is a problem with your respiratory system. For those of you who smoke, you should reduce or even stop smoking first. Also, make sure you clean your make-up properly to avoid dirt building up and causing acne.
 
3. Chin or Jaw
Imbalanced hormones can cause acne to appear on the chin or jaw area. This health problem cannot be prevented with certainty. However, you still have to maintain a healthy lifestyle such as getting enough sleep, consuming healthy food, and drinking lots of water.

4. Nose
Actually, our nose is filled with larger pores than other parts of the body. This makes the pores easily clogged, causing acne to appear. Acne on the nose can also be caused by spicy food and consuming too much meat.
 
5. Ears
Even though it may be rare, the ears are also not free from acne. When pimples appear in the ears, your body's fluid intake may be disrupted. Reduce consumption of coffee and fizzy drinks.

Apart from the health problems above, acne can also be prevented by using the right skincare and also avoiding touching your face with dirty hands.
