Nasi Uduk Ibu Jum offers a large selection of side dishes
We all know that there are so many food and drinks from other countries coming to Indonesia. It’s undeniable, we love these foods as well. But food from our lovely country remains irreplaceable. In fact there are still many traditional Indonesian foods that are always sought after. One of them is uduk rice or nasi uduk.
The Betawi specialty is arguably timeless. In the morning and at night, you can find nasi uduk sellers on the roadside or even near your home. Not surprisingly, the savory taste, the coconut milk and fried onions aroma that burst would make anyone want to devour it. Moreover, this food is usually priced quite cheap.
In PIK area (Pantai Indah Kapuk) there is one nasi uduk stall that is almost never empty of visitors, Nasi Uduk Ibu Jum. This nasi uduk stall is arguably different from other stalls. Although selling traditional food, but the concept is more modern and there is also live music.
