You may have experienced a difficult phase where it is hard to get your dream job when you feel you already have essential basic skills meet company needs. 1. Capability to Adapt
In world of work, it is always related to restructure, reshuffle, and any terms of changing. 3. Be Creative
Being creative is not an easy thing to do, but does not mean you cannot to be one. It is important to remember that creativity is not just a heritage but also something you need to learn day by day, consistently. There are many simple ways to boost creativity such as reading, hanging out, listening to music you like which you can do in your free time while working at the office.
