Providing the best service to consumers is a simple innovation that you can do so that consumers remain loyal to the products or services you offer. For example, if you run an online business, services such as free shipping, and bonuses for minimum purchases, for example, 3, 5, or 10, will certainly give a pleasant impression to consumers, so that consumers will not hesitate to make second, third and umpteenth purchases.
2. Creativity
Creativity is really needed in innovation in order to create unique new products or at least improve the quality of existing products so that they have high competitiveness. For example, if you take advantage of Christmas and New Year to sell cookies, there's no harm in making unique and interesting shapes such as Christmas trees, Santa's face, deer, and others.
