Every person has different endurance, it depends on their lifestyle and the food they consume every day. Specifically, during this rainy season, people should stay alert and need to increase stamina healthy, and fitness. So, here are easy and simple ways you can do every day to boost stamina which also helps you build endurance without getting sick.
 
1. Rest
This one is a must which turns out to be the easiest and simplest way to boost your stamina. At least, you need to sleep for 6 – 8 hours per day to help the body produce more antibodies (immune) that can prevent any kind of disease.

2. More Vitamin
Actually, not only during the rainy season, but every single day your body needs vitamin intake which helps strengthen the immune system. Your body needs vitamins A, C, and E to fight harmful diseases.
 
For example, vitamin A which can be easily found in broccoli, carrots, water spinach, and sweet potatoes helps strengthen the immune system. While vitamin C finds in fresh fruits like pineapple, strawberries, mango, guava, and kiwi helps fight free radicals as well as eliminate toxins in the whole body. Last but not least, vitamin E in spinach, avocados, and sunflower seeds help to keep cholesterol at a moderate level.
 
 
3. Exercise
No matter how busy you are, there is actually no reason to skip exercise even the light ones. You can start with light ones such as walking, 30 minutes per day. Besides able to boost immunity, exercise also helps you get a good rest at the night.
