Those wanting to taste soju may have a visit to Arasseo Soju Bar.
Jakarta’s vibrant nightlife has a lot to offer, varying from beer houses, Irish pubs to swanky bars. Asian-inspired bars appear to be a new trend. In these places, which mostly are located on Senopati area, South Jakarta, you can sample soju (Korean beer) while taking a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Those wanting to know more about this bar, you may have a visit to Arasseo Soju Bar. Arasseo is a polite Korean way of saying ”i understand” or ”i got it".
Tucked inside Jl. Senopati, Arasseo is a Korean-inspired restaurant-cum-bar. The interior appears to be a hybrid of Korean and Scandinavian aesthetics. The stony, frosty white wall made it seems as if they have carved a hole inside a cold underground cave. Although it's designed simple but still looks artistic.

Arasseo is ideal for those who love or wonder about soju but are put off by the stern atmosphere of a typical Korean bar. Here, even the soju comes in various playful flavours, such as melon, bubble gum, and Yakult. For the bubble gum, kind of tone down the bitterness of the alcohol, which make it really enjoyable. But if you love San Miguel and Margarita, you should sample Sanrita, too!
For the food, Oh My Gyu is just too cool to miss out on. The smokey flavor is quite strong. The beef tongue texture is quite enjoy to bite, it’s not tough at all. The overall points are salty, savory, and spicy. You will love it!
