6 Ways To Make Daily Activities More Organized

1. Make A Plan For A Week
Make a list of priority plans each day for one week. Write down the main targets and priorities that must be achieved during the week. By mapping your work and activities for the following week in an organized manner, it will make it easier for you to focus on your job and daily activities. Write a plan for a week on Sunday. Write down the target you want to achieve every day for one week. For example, on Monday, write a weekly plan for client follow-up and ask how the collaboration is going. From Tuesday to Thursday, write down at least three goals for the deadline work that must be completed. Then, on Friday, write down things to evaluate the work during that week. Also, make sure to plan fun activities on the weekend with your family or close friends so that your balance and quality of life are maintained.

2. Make a to-do list for tomorrow
Making a plan for a week is certainly different from making a daily to-do list. After you've made plans for the week, you must narrow down in detail the things to do from your list that you've already made that you want to accomplish each week. This is included in the daily To Do List. Creating a daily To Do List aims to make you more focused and organized in doing your work. That way, you know which work to do first or set priorities. It's a good idea to make a To-Do List the night before you go to work the next day. So that when you wake up, you already have guidance on what to do that day. In addition, it makes it easier for you to carry out your daily activities.
 
3. Do Work That Can Be Done In Less Than 5 Minutes
Yes! Do a job that can be done in under 5 minutes. Avoid procrastinating on easy tasks that can be done in under 5 minutes. Immediately doing work that can be done in a short time can prevent you from chaos and feelings of stress.
 
4. Create a Morning Ritual
Create a morning ritual that will become your routine after waking up every day. Get up early every day to prepare for your daily activities. Set aside time to exercise, meditate, enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, enjoy breakfast, take a shower, and get ready to start your daily activities. Having rituals or habits that are always carried out every day will make your life more organized, and disciplined, and also build a cheerful mood to run your daily life. Starting your day with something positive, of course, will attract positive and good things to you.

5. Apply the 80/20. Productivity Rule
The 80/20 Rule of Productivity is also known as the Pareto Principle. The basic idea of ​​the Pareto Principle is that if you complete 20% of your to-do list, you will have 80% of the impact you can create on the day. So invest most of your energy and time into specific tasks that will create a big impact and maximize productivity.
 
6. Get Enough Rest
Yes, adequate rest is one of the daily activities that can help you to work more focused and organized. Sleep 7 to 8 hours every day. Without adequate rest, of course, a person cannot enjoy or improve the quality of his life. For everything to go according to expectations, you must get enough rest for your physical, mental, and mental health. Lack of sleep will cause a person to be irritable and lose focus.
