Do you often forget something? Check out these 6 ways.
1. Limit yourself, don't multitask
Having multitasking abilities is extraordinary. But you need to know that if you do a lot of work at one time (multitasking) it will reduce your mental productivity. This can cause brain fatigue, and as a result, you become stressed because of overloaded work. So, reconsider if you want to do multitasking. It's best to know the limits of your ability to do a job. It's better to focus on one job so that the results will be maximum.

2. Get enough rest
Make sure you get enough sleep. Humans need between 7-8 hours of sleep a day to rest their body and brain. Lack of rest will trigger a decrease in brain performance, you know. Make sure you get enough sleep so that you wake up physically refreshed and ready to do your activities again.
3. Exercise regularly
Exercise is good for body health. Do exercise for 30-45 minutes a day 3-4 times a week. Call it running around the house complex, aerobics, cycling, or doing sports activities that you like. Apart from making your body fresher and fitter, this is also useful for increasing concentration and brain performance.
4. Build a Bottom-Line Message
Take time to refresh yourself, such as traveling, watching television, reading, or maybe just going to the mall. By doing this activity, you will be inspired by what you see. So this will stimulate the brain to think creatively. So, don't be surprised if you become more creative than before after you have a recreation!

5. Focus on important tasks
Focus is very necessary when working on priority things. Therefore, when you are doing important work, keep yourself away from your smartphone and other things that will distract you. This way the brain can function optimally.
6. Stay Motivated
Make sure you have motivation. Whatever the form. Building motivation can be started by making goals and targets that you want to achieve in the near future. Because having motivation will increase a person's enthusiasm and passion for learning various things. So, stay motivated!
