So, you can make this food yourself or stock it. If you want to stock up and be more practical, this ready-to-eat chicken katsu can be purchased online. But if you want to make it yourself, you can make it from boneless chicken breast or boneless breast meat. Then marinate the chicken by sprinkling the chicken with salt on both sides and also rubbing the crushed garlic on both sides. Leave it overnight and store it in the refrigerator in a closed container. Then, after that, prepare the well-beaten eggs, all-purpose flour, and bread flour. The next step, dip the marinated chicken in flour, then dip it in beaten egg, and dip the chicken in breadcrumbs. After that, fry the chicken until crispy in oil that has been heated in a frying pan. Once fried, remove from heat, and slice the chicken lengthwise like in a restaurant. Serve with rice, sliced cabbage, carrots, and cucumber, and don't forget to prepare the special chicken katsu sauce which can be bought at supermarkets or online shops.

You can use beef that you like to use for cooking shabu-shabu or teppanyaki-style cuts of meat too. The next step, prepare the teriyaki marinade. The ingredients for the marinade consist of 3 cloves of crushed garlic (crushed or blended), 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon sugar, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tsp tomato sauce. Then, add all the meat to the marinade, stir, put it in a closed container, and let it sit overnight in the refrigerator so that it soaks into the meat. Also, prepare sliced onions and sesame oil. How to make: Heat oil in a frying pan then saute the onions until fragrant. Then add the meat that has been marinated overnight, stir, and add just a little sesame oil while continuing to stir.
