Tempted to have a slim body? Unfortunately, most people get caught in the wrong method. In fact, some use drugs to achieve ideal body weight. But it turns out that there are several snacks that have been proven to be healthy and help you lose weight as long as they are combined with exercise.
 
1. Nuts

It's no secret that nuts are known to be rich in protein and fiber. A study conducted by the University of Minnesota shows that the fiber contained in nuts makes a person feel full for a long time. However, not all types of nuts can help maintain the ideal body weight. Some nuts that are good for health include cashews which are proven to be low in fat and high in iron, almonds which are rich in vitamin E, and peanuts to stabilize blood sugar in the body.
 
2. Sweet Potatoes

Apart from being rich in fiber, sweet potatoes also contain lots of vitamins A and B6. One serving of sweet potato contains up to 400 calories, which is why sweet potatoes are very suitable for consumption as a snack. Even though they are low in calories, sweet potatoes are also rich in carbohydrates which make you feel full quickly, while controlling blood sugar.
 
3. Boiled Potatoes
 
 
 
Still from the tuber family, potatoes are also believed to be effective in losing weight. What you need to remember is that potatoes and other types of tubers must be processed by boiling or steaming, they must be free from added sugar or salt.
 
4. Yogurt

Not frozen yogurt, but plain or liquid yogurt which you can use as a snack to achieve your ideal body weight. Choose low-fat yogurt to speed up the metabolic process, so that the process of eliminating substances that the body does not need runs smoothly. You can consume yogurt directly or mixed with other foods, such as fruit or honey.
 
5. Dry fruit

Dry fruit has been proven to be rich in fiber and carbohydrates. It's not surprising that several types of dried fruit can make you feel full longer. These include dried apricots, dates, prunes, and raisins which contain calcium, magnesium, potassium, and vitamin B5 which can overcome hunger even up to 5 hours after consuming them.
