1. Stay Active Don’t Retire
If someone gives up on what they love and do, they will usually lose their life goals or lose direction. That's why it is essential to do things that have value, make progress, create beauty, or create something that has a function many people need, helps, and shapes the circumstances around you.

2. Take It Slow
Do everything slowly but surely. Doing everything in a hurry is inversely proportional to a good quality of life. There is a saying, “Stroll and you will go far.” When we leave behind haste, life and time will become more meaningful.

3. Don’t Feel Your Stomach
Less is more, when it comes to healthy eating patterns to live longer. Based on the 80% rule, to have a healthy and longer life, it is advisable to eat less rather than wanting to eat more. That's why Japanese people eat in moderation. They don't let themselves be too hungry or too full to have a healthy lifestyle.

4. Surround Yourself With Good People
Yes! Surround yourself with people who have positive and good vibrations. Having positive and good friendships is the best medicine. Instead of expressing your worries through pleasant chats with the people closest to you, it's better to share stories that will make your day brighter, get input, have fun, keep dreaming and making it happen, and live life optimistically.

5. Get In Shape For Your Next Birthday
In living life, the body needs exercise to function well for a long period. Exercising diligently can help release hormones that make a person feel happy. Come on, get used to it, and take the time to exercise to stay healthy!

6. Smile
It's good to recognize things that aren't so great, but we shouldn't forget how special it is to be in this moment, in a world full of possibilities. Smile and always be grateful in every situation.

7. Reconnect With Nature
Even though most people live in cities today, humans were created to be part of nature. We must often return to nature to recharge our minds and hearts. Visit the mountains or the beach as a holiday and healing destination. Or do fun outdoor activities, such as hiking, diving, snorkeling, or rafting. Of course, after healing, your mind will be fresher and more enthusiastic in carrying out daily activities.

8. Give Thanks
Always be grateful to God who has given us natural beauty, air to breathe, food to eat and enjoy, health, family, and other things we feel. Make sure to also say thank you to your family and friends who always make your life more cheerful and enthusiastic, and also make you feel like you are a lucky person in life. When you take the time to express gratitude, without realizing it you will feel an extraordinary growth in abundance and happiness.

9. Live In The Moment
Stop regretting the past and being afraid of the future. Today is the day you have. Make the best of today, as if today is the last day. Create memories worth remembering. Enjoy the moment!!

10. Follow Your Ikigai
Last but not least, follow your ikigai. Certainly, within each individual, there is passion, a unique talent that God has given, which can direct and make a person become the best side of themselves. Have you found it? If you haven't found it yet, it's time for you to find it.
